Доброе утро!☀️ Продолжаю тему «Нарушения осанки». Следующий блок при «гиперлордозе поясничного отдела позвоночника» - укрепление мышц, уменьшающих поясничный лордоз. Вариация Шалабхасаны в динамическом режиме, для укрепления ягодичных мышц. ✨ И.П. - лёжа на животе, под живот подложить сложённое полотенце - сгладить лордоз, стопы на ширине тазобедренных суставов. ✨Оттолкнуться руками, вытянуть переднюю поверхность тела, стопы расположить на пальцы. ✨Руки - вдоль корпуса, ладонями вверх. Второй вариант - лоб на ладонях. ✨Выдох - поднимите одну ногу, тянитесь через пятку, кости таза на полу, пупок направить к позвоночнику. ✨Вдох - И.П. ✨Выполните 20 раз, затем фиксация ноги в верхней точке - от 10 секунд. ❗️Следите за ощущениями, в пояснице не допускайте перенапряжения. ❗️Положение рук выбирайте в зависимости от ощущений. Лоб на ладонях - Упрощенный вариант. ✨Выполняя регулярно эту асану, ягодичные мышцы будут укрепляться. Для усиления нагрузки увеличивайте время фиксации, постепенно доводя до 1 минуты. Well... what an amazing experience. 300hr yoga teacher training completed and I didn’t think I could beat that feeling from two years ago. The best thing this last month has been the people. The teachers here in India are incredible. Their beauty in teaching is what I will treasure. Also, the gorgeous ladies I got to spend this experience with, who I have learnt so much from, laughed and cried with. This is still just the beginning. Everyone has their own story to tell and their own journey. I am so excited to share this wonderful ancient way of life. I’m not here to live your truth, his truth, or even their truth...I’m here to live my truth. My truth today, is yoga at 11 something pm, because I have too much on my mind, so it takes a little extra effort to literally tire myself out of my own anxiety instead of giving into the negative coping mechanisms. Relearning coping mechanisms, means rewiring neuropathways. I’m in the business of putting in any extra effort necessary to be a better person. So here I am, late at night... exerting my energy until I feel my mind has become still and calm. This is healing, and healing feels good to the core.
