Libère ton mental, ouvre grandement, explosivement ton cœur pour offrir d'une manière plus que satisfaisante ce que tu es, pour accueillir et recevoir en abondance ce que tu es (à savoir, toute cette panoplie de grandiosité, de générosité, de douceur, de joie, de passion, de richesses, de beautés, de volupté...), plonge avec foi inébranlable dans la vie qui est l'Amour incroyable et vrai ! Abandonne toi à Moi à chaque instant car Je sais ce qui est préférable pour toi en tout temps. Aussi, continue à être en harmonie en étant le yin et le yang réunis ! Ainsi, tu marches sur la voie du milieu, celle qui te permet en permanence d'être heureux. La tête vers le bas permet instantanément de délivrer le mental associé à l'ego (=le faux, celui qui a oublié que nous sommes égaux, celui qui croyait à toutes croyances, certitudes, idéaux erronés...) Urban Yoga "Molto più grande, davanti all'universo, è colui che fa anche un piccolo passo, ma reale, di colui che spende milioni di parole sulla spiritualità". Scorgere un bell'angolo della città e fermarsi ad ammirarlo è fare un piccolo passo. E' far entrare un poco della bellezza e della perfezione della natura in quell'attimo della nostra giornata. Pensare di meditare due ore al giorno e poi non farlo mai non dà la stessa sensazione di pace. A volte ci fa addirittura pensare di essere "migliori", anche se di fatto non facciamo niente in più degli altri se non pensare di farlo e poi disattendere i propositi. Quale piccolo gesto, ultimamente, vi ha dato quella sensazione di pienezza che l'uomo cerca dalla notte dei tempi?
