✨🕺☀️Summer☀️Workout💪🎧 Series #5 Hotel Gym Chest Day 👉Rest time between sets 30seconds 🏋️‍♀️ Exercise 1 Incline Bench Dumbbell Press (Warmup with 2 sets x 20 reps), then (4 sets x 8-10 reps) + Push-ups (4 sets x 10-20 reps) 🏋️ Exercise 2 Incline Bench Dumbbell Flies (4 Sets x 8-10 reps) + Push-ups (4 sets x 10-20 reps) 🏋️‍♀️ Exercise 3 Flat Bench Dumbbell Press (4 sets x 8-12 reps) + Push-ups (4 sets x 10-20 reps) 🏋️‍♀️ Exercise 4 Flat Bench Dumbbell Flies (4 sets x 8-12 reps) + Push-ups (4 sets x 10-20 reps) ----------------------------------- 🙏👉Every set should be till failure weight wise. Minimum of 8 reps with good form and max reps of 10. This means you shouldn't be able to get more reps with that weight without your form failing. If you are able to do 10 easily, then the weight is too light and you need to increase. RIPSANITY! What a killer workout!!! I talk about these programs A LOT because I love them so much, but this exclusive week of workouts from Shaun T. is unreal! One of my favorite parts about working out from home is really feeling like you have a personal trainer, no joke. There were multiple times when I felt like I needed to take a break, but when Shaun T. is yelling at you to keep pushing, you DO IT! There have been times at the gym when I used to run on the treadmill, lift weights, whatever- but when you don't have a motivating factor there, it's difficult to stay committed when it gets hard. For example, I would plan on running for 30 minutes. About 10 minutes in, I'd feel defeated because I was already tired, and figured "hey, no one is here that KNOWS I was planning on running for 30 minutes....." When I felt like quitting, or skipping a few reps, I tuned in to the inspiration that was coming from my computer speakers and freaking dug deep!
