😣Do you ever plan your day out to be a super productive and accomplished day.....yet somehow start the day off NOT how you intended and you end up going into "SELF-SABOTAGE MODE" and find yourself rebelling yourself aka DO EVERYTHING NOT IN YOUR PLAN?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Does this sound like you? Because this was definitely me for a bit...🙈 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But you know what? THIS IS WHY most diets/workout plans work great at first -- when we're motivated and driven, but suddenly we find ourselves back at square one ,,,,because somewhere along the way, we got in the way of ourselves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I talked about this to my inner circle in an email I sent out this morning💖 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We need to embrace that we're human and learn from our mistakes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yes, you're going to mess up time to time but it's not something that is unchangeable and it's not because you're undisciplined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We need to accept this human process: FAIL. LEARN. GROW. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My NON-NEGOTIABLES are cemented into my daily routine -- they are my pillars to a successful day -- I NEED to move first thing in the morning, hydrate right away, and fuel myself with nutritious foods...or else I won't show up as my best self each day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I need to acknowledge I'm human and I will naturally want to do the most comfortable option (ie. sleep in, skip cardio, watch Netflix, reach for a protein bar, etc.) when I'm feeling unmotivated, stressed or tired. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What are your core "NON-NEGOTIABLES" that you need to set in place to show up as your best self? ✨
