Its not about what you lose, its about what you gain🏋️‍♂️😁 For most of my life I put so much focus on losing weight and what foods I wasn't eating. This kind of thinking is one of the reasons I struggles so much with losing weight and keeping it off. . This thinking fed into my emotional eating, and its one of the reasons I would turn to food and completely undo lots of hard work. I would lose weight only to gain it right back...no matter what diet I was on. . But...one day, I decided to try something different. I started to focus on what i was GAINING. I was gaining energy, my healthy, strength... and thus mindset shift was a game changer in my #weightlossjourney. .
