Standing Calf Raises. You can still train calves even if you don't have a calf machine. Make sure that as you go down you fully stretch the calf muscle, then once you're at the top squeeze your calf. It's a team effort. Life is a team effort. Feel free to join the team! P.S. we choose the amount of weight that will give us the best bang for our buck and we do 15, 10, 5 reps with the same weight. Did some wide grip seated row today.
