As someone who is always struggling with digestion issues, and doesn’t like to take an anti-acid to “help” with the problem (news flash, anti-acids, such as tums, Prilosec, etc. are actually some of the worst things you can take when it comes to digestion issues-it’s doing more harm than good, actually causing more acid to build up) I was ECSTATIC when I came across this Digize oil. I’ve heard it does wonders, but didn’t actually think it was possible. Well I’m here to say, it’s ammmaazing! I added a drop of this oil in with a tsp of coconut oil, rubbed on my stomach, and within minutes-bye,bye acid reflux! 🙌🙌

I think one of the most daunting parts of my recovery was switching out our regular, bought-at-Target personal care products for those with ingredients which nourish our bodies. It took us about a year to accomplish but turns out? When you give up the iffy (or proven icky) synthetics, you don't sacrifice on quality. You only gain it. ❤️

We didn't have a 3rd place finisher on the ladies side because rockstar Jennifer Wise Freeman swooped in and tied Tamara Cuellar Garza 's fat loss EXACTLY at 5.6%!!! BOOM! 💣 Congratulations to Jen in placing second overall amongst the women in this year's BIGGEST WINNER TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE. Woo Hoo!!! Jen worked hard and stayed focus in all aspects of the competition and trained hard at the studio every MWF morning. Urtica dioica or Stinging nettle 🌱 — an alterative, a diuretic, a lymphatic, an astringent herb. Stinging nettle strengthens and supports the whole body with its’ ability to encourage the removal of toxins and waste. Nettles are also incredibly nutritive herbs, containing high amounts of iron and vitamin k. I’ve been dealing with a lot of water retention, inflammation in my face and breakouts lately therefore, I’m making sure to drink a cup or two of nettle tea each day. Today I decided to try combining some freshly steeped nettle tea with a tsp of organic matcha powder, 1 tbsp coconut butter and a dash of bulletproof XCT oil.
