A LITTLE RAWR IS STILL A RAWR | The last few days I have felt low in energy and just a bit tired, and I thought it was because I’m maybe training too hard, or putting too much pressure on myself. I’ve had these times in the past and depending on my mindset at the time I just ride the wave until it passes but last night I dropped the ball and ate half a packet of MnMS at the movies with no regard or self-talk about the consequences. I just didn’t care last night, I was tired and hormonal. I went to bed last night with the promise of a new day, a new beginning. I got up early, did my fasted cardio and have relaxed all day and eaten everything I’m supposed to and not wanted for anything more. Some days you just lose a fight with your own mind a little bit and that’s ok, as long as you don’t then turn it into a loss of the war with your mind, which never stops by the way. Get back up the next day and start over! Forget the failures. Get yo self some short term memory loss and forget you screwed up. Guilt don’t help nobody! 🤦🏼‍♀️❤️

Haven’t done introductions in awhile so thought we would introduce ourselves.We are Jeff and Ally Fazio. As you can see we have made quite the transformation over the last year. Jeff losing rite around 90 lbs and me (ally) clocking in rite around 50. We got sick of living a life dedicated to food. Not just food but unhealthy processed bull **** if you know what I mean. Hellooo babes, hope you guys had a great weekend. We are going to try our absolute hardest to upload a little most often for you guys! so here is this weekends workout. We did some shoulders, chest and triceps. Enjoyyy💪🏽 PS: video is sped up, so remember to do them nice, slow and control so you can feel the burn!! • >>> 3 sets of 10-12 reps each exercise, upping weight each set<< 1️⃣Shoulder flies side/front SUPERSET - make sure your arms are fully extended with a straight back up 2️⃣Over the head raises and pull ups SUPERSET - with these when doing the over the head raises that you are lowering the bar all the way down to your nose. And with the pull ups, you are have your hands a bit closer to each other and bringing the bar close to your chin. 3️⃣Ups and close - pretty simple, just making sure you are having a straight back , and really tighten your abs 4️⃣Two hands bar raises and single hand bar raises SUPERSET - make sure you are bringing the bar right down to the middle of your chest and really stretching your arms when you bring it up with both arms 5️⃣Chest press 6️⃣Machine flies 7️⃣Dumbbell chest press - with these ones just keep in mind to not fully straighten your arms, have a little of a bent in them so you don't hurt your shoulders and when bringing them in touch both the dumbbells together 8️⃣Push ups - until failure. Can be done modified or normal
