Und genau deshalb solltest du jetzt auch anfangen! Egal, wie viel man wiegt oder wie alt man auch ist. Für Sport und gesunde Ernährung ist es niemals zu spät! Was einige leider falsch machen, sind sich zuuuu große Ziele setzen. Es ist toll sein Ziel im Blick zu haben, aber viele geben genau deshalb wieder auf, weil das Ziel zu weit entfernt scheint. Wichtig ist: ❌ Setzt euch Zwischenziele ❌ Beispiel an mir: Mein Ziel sind 40 bis 50 kg abzunehmen. Mein erstes Zwischenziel ist: ❌ 5 kg innerhalb 4 Wochen ❌ Bei meinem Startgewicht ist das auch sehr realistisch. Habe es sogar geschafft in 1 Woche knapp 2,5 kg abzunehmen. Ab jetzt wiege ich mich aber nicht mehr. Erst wieder in 3 Wochen. It's amazing what changing your lifestyle can do. Here's a little look back on my journey in honor of #ThrowbackThursday 3 years ago I became a wife. It was one of the happiest days of my life, but I knew my health wasn't the greatest. I was at my heighest weight, coped with stress using food and alcohol, had low self esteem and horrible anxiety. Finally I decided to make a change for the better. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I came up with every excuse in the book to not CHANGE. I was afraid but knew something had to be done. So here I am 3 years later. I've lost 50 pounds, I've learnt to use food as fuel and eat cleaner, I am confident and comfortable in my skin and I love myself. Now I get to help others who have gone through the same struggles. You are never alone! I'm so thankful to have found my coach to motivate and INSPIRE me. She has helped me through every battle and has been cheering me on since I became a coach with her. This journey been challenging, emotional and AMAZING ❤️ Never underestimate your will power to change. It hasn't been easy but it's been worth it. Remember that you are capable of doing so much more! Don't let doubt get in your way, overcome it and prove it to yourself. Limits dont exist to me, there's always room to grow and be better. Get uncomfortable, be selfish when it comes to your health, and remember to love the JOURNEY. Isn't it time you prove those doubts wrong? Ready to make a change for the better? I am a point hoarder and i really struggle with lunch, it is my least favorite meal of the day, which is funny because it use to be my favorite... I tend to eat as little and as few smart points as possible just in case I need them later. So, I am trying to spread my points out more evenly...
