Low calorie - Protein- Chocolate Brownies🍫 — a friend told me this week that she tried to do a lighter version of a regular dessert recipe at home🏡.When she calculated the macros of the entire piece she ate , she realized that calories from those of the regular version recipe were not as different .Without even knowing she ate about 800 + calories at one seat🤭😄 and that’s okay ❤️. The thing is that still there is a difference in the type of foods we ate, regardless of the calories they may have. For example, coconut oil (and most other oils) have around 120 calories PER tablespoon, imagine those recipes calling for 1/4-1/3 of a cup (🙆🏼‍♀️). 1 cup of almond flour has around 640 calories , and I can continue for hours (It is still healthy guyss). When you are having a snack during the week you need to consider these things if you care a little bit about balance and portion control👋🏽(you can go a little more crazy on the weekends). Quality in calories does matter but for now relax because each square of these brownies have around 50 calories and 4 net carbs🤪 — In your regular blender ( I used Ninja) blend〰️ — •1 small container of fat free greek yogurt ( I used chobani) •1/3-1/2 of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder •1/2 cup of rolled oats or flour •2 tbs of either almond butter or PB2 which is simply grounded peanuts •1/2 cup of granulated sweetener of choice (until the taste of the batter is sweet enough for you) •1 egg •1 tsp of baking powder •pinch of salt — ➡️Blend , throw chocolate chips,  bake at 375 for 15 min, let cool, cut into 9 pieces and store in the fridge ↕️ Macros per square: 48 calories, 4P/1F/4C . . . . . 🍊happy weekend!! . . . . . #chocolate #brownie #healthybrownie #chocolover #weekendvibes #friyay #fitness #food52grams #wholefoods #viewfromabove #mindbodygram #buzzfeedfood #sugarfree #instahealthy #eatwellbewell #bgbcommunity #huffposttaste #healthyfoodporn #fuelyourbody #cleaneating #goodmoodfood #eatrealfood #fitnessgirl
