Hump day an all that.. 🏔🍑 I think we should strive for a 'working' week where we don't have a proverbial hill to get through. Rather we are mostly excited about each next day to come. The whole Monday being a day of excitement rather than something you dread. And not living for the weekend but living for everyday. I think it's healthy to ask yourself if this may be how you're living your life. And then if there's something you would rather be doing, start making steps towards it. Anyway hope everyone's having a good Wednesday 💚✌🏽

What's cooking ? Had leftovers after yesterday's dinner for lunch today. One of my favorite recipes, where I added fresh baby spinach just to have some more greens for lunch. This recipe is so filling! How to make it : Ingredients for 2 servings 2 x Baby Pak Choi 1 x yellow peppers 100 g of mushrooms 0.13 pieces of garlic 2 x spring onions 1 x lemongrass 10 g ginger 150 g x Buckwheat noodles 30 ml soy sauce or tamari 150 ml of coconut milk 1 g of blackcorn salt, pepper Agava Syrup (or Honey if you are not vegan) First prepare all the ingredients : cut all the vegetables, for garlic and ginger: clean and squeeze or cut into small pieces. Cut lemon grasse into fine rings. Cook the buckwheat noodles. While they are cooking, start cooking your vegetables and sauce as this: Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in a wok (or a large pan), than put garlic, ginger, lemon grass and spring onions. Then add Baby Pak Choi, peppers and mushrooms and fry for about 5 minutes. Then add soy sauce (or tamari), 1 teaspoon agava syrup and coconut milk. Cook until it starts bowling, than add the buckwheat noodles and mix well. Season. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Even in recovery I've always avoided sugary drinks because of the calories. I've only had water or unsweetened tea and sometimes exceptionally juice as a liquid snack but I'd never thought about of having soda 🙅 Today I drink what I want, when I want and don't care about the calories. Honestly I still prefer water but only because I like the "taste" of it 🙆 But what's wrong in having soda or juice sometimes? Literally nothing. You are allowed to drink what you want. A coke once in a while won't make you fat! Just keep it in moderation.
