Happy Saturday guys- it just started snowing ❄️☃️YAY!! I love this time of year ❤️ is it snowing where you live? . . I have been getting more request to post workouts on my page so that is what I will do! One of my favorite combinations is these 3 moves right here. . . Each exercise should be done 3 sets of 12-15 reps with little to no rest in between. If I am feeling out of my element I’ll warm up with some cardio, do this combo and end with treadmill sprints. . .
