Post workout M2! Finally got around to trying the blueberry coconut smoothie!! I don’t regret it 🤗😋I haven’t been great about avoiding treats the last few days at work.... 😕why do people only bring nurses cupcakes, candy, cookies, and donuts?? Good Morning #tiuteam !! I hope everyone is enjoying their Thursday so far! Started out this morning with a banana/ mango smoothie. Typically I just do a frozen banana but today I though I’d jazz it up. 😜 Meal 2 was 1 cup of grapes. I plan on meal 3 being Ezekiel bread with PB& strawberries, meal 4: cliff bar, meal 5: quinoa, black beans and veggies.
