This may LOOK like a plain-jane oatmeal bake. However. Hiding under those maple walnut oats is a hot layer of baked apples 🍎♨️ Swipe to get a peak 👀 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨Apple Crisp Baked Oatmeal ✨ Apple layer: chop an apple and sauté with water, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup (to taste). Remove from heat once apples are fork tender, then stir in 2-3 tablespoons oat flour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Oatmeal topping: mix 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon to taste, about a tablespoon of walnut pieces. Whisk 1/4 cup almond milk with one egg white, 1/4 banana (mashed), about 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. After totaling out at 150 mountain climbers (on each leg), 90 burpees, 120 scissor kicks (on each leg), 60 X-jumps, 800 reps of jumping rope, 120 snap jumps, 120 straight leg jackknives, and 120 ab bikes (per side) — and if I’m being honest, there was probably a few extra reps thrown in there on multiple of those exercises because I lose count 🙈 — I’d say I had one of my best workouts in a long time last night! But I don’t think I would have been able to do it without my little preworkout friend ( repp_sports reactr) right here! 💪🏼 Shout out to sunloiseau and shawn_loiseau at undisputed_nutrition for recommending it! 🙌🏼 I told them exactly what I was looking for in a preworkout and they nailed it! This is why I always recommend that people stop in and check them out! For me, these two have been such a blessing — from workouts to motivation to supplements to nutrition to life — they both give me such great advice ♥️ I guess it’s only fitting that I was wearing my #undisputednutrition sweatshirt while doing the workout too, right?! Feeling great today! I’ve lost another 2 Kilos 💪🏻 •1st pic was 1 week postpartum •2nd pic was 9 weeks postpartum •3rd pic is today 12 weeks postpartum! All my progress so far is from healthy eating and gentle walking. I can’t wait to get into my workouts again, at this rate I’ll be back to my pre pregnancy weight in no time! 🎉🎉💜
