Did a rack pull pyramid from 225lbs to 385lbs yesterday. Decided to make a short video on the way back down. I’m working on partials for two more weeks and then I’ll be testing my one rep max. I’m aiming to pull 500lbs for 2 reps at 160lbs body weight before I start competing. I run like Ram Man from HE Man... (look like him a bit too - think it's the no kneck 😆) I'll never be a long distance runner.. Nor do I want to.
