Sleep is such an important part of our lives, when you come to think of it you’ll spend 1/3 of your lifetime sleeping. I recommend making it a top priority and have some sort of nighttime ritual that should make falling asleep 😴 a breeze. One way to go about it is to shut down all electronic equipment including your TV at least one hour before going to sleep. The blue light from your TV, phones, Tablets and other devices actually prevents your body from releasing melatonin, which helps you to fall asleep! One bad night of sleep is enough to affect your memory, disrupt the hunger-controlling hormones which could lead to overeating. 235lbs - 5x5 275lbs - 5x5 Squats felt good today. I could do a little bit better on my starting position, but at the weight I was happy with the bar speed. I was very happy with my deadlifts I tried to first two sets without a belt, and then after I felt I needed the extra support to make sure I stay strong with form throughout the sets!
