Since last year, I've slowly reduced a mere 7-8 kgs and there's a long way to go, but I love the progress! Today was bittersweet. Deadlift day was supposed to be last Thursday but I came down with an illness that out me in the hostital in Tuesday and again on Thursday. Still today didn't feel too bad, worked up to the single at 225kg and missed my first rep in 3 months. What is strange is that I always fail off the floor and this came up super fast and didnt feel like a max effort. Positioning was not as good as it should have been and body was not feeling great.
