📣 #transformationtuesday shoutout to the beeeautiful mrad1974 💪💕 “ I feel like sometimes we get so obsessed with the physical results, that we don’t talk about anything else. Pretty sure you can see I lost some weight and a ton of inches, but what pictures don’t show is how I felt. I was sad and depressed. I was embarrassed and didn’t want to see my friends. I couldn’t keep up with my kids (and I have 2 special needs boys so this is a big one!!). I was pretty much just going through the motions from day to day, barely keeping my head above water. . Let me be the first to tell you ADHD IS REAL!! Both of my boys have it...along with one dose of autism and another (or two) is sensory processing disorder. For my kids to function at their best, they need me at my best, and I wasn’t. There are so many factors that go into why we let things like this happen, but for me...a big one was guilt. I felt guilty that my kids had to work so much harder than “typical” children. Was it my fault? . Not only did I need to get myself healthy so I could keep up with two very rambunctious boys, but I needed an outlet for my stress. Becoming a coach has given me exactly what I needed!! I workout every morning and release all of my pent up stress. Then I get to pay it forward and help other moms (and dads) like me. . Anyway...that’s my transformation Tuesday story. If anyone is ever interested in how I did it, I’m always open to sharing ideas. All you have to do is ask."

Here is a juicy, delicious 131kg/287lb intermediate grip bench w./ a pause like eating cake. Gang, 2 torn biceps, 2 bad knees, 2 bad shoulders, a bad back and a torn right adductor and still going strong...... THIS IS AFTER 2 HOURS OF CARDIO AND JUST WOLFING DOWN A BILLION CALORIES AT IN AND OUT. I FEEL LIKE MY OLD FREIND AND WEEKEND TRAINING PARTNER TIM CHIN (OWNER MAVRIK BARBELL AND BUMPER CO.) SWATTTTT sniffles...(yes peeps have the sniffles 🤧🤒but my body doesn’t give a f****) ..finally getting cleaner and heavier reps in!
