Block Pulls pair with Bilateral Jump I modified the French Contrast Training method today a little. I paired block pulls with bilateral jump to a unilateral land or left stance phase. Because these jumps are not preformed in true "plyo" execution makes this method modified. Still the goal is to recruit as much muscle fibers in the posterior chain to achieve greater neurological and physiological adaptation to maximize explosive strength. Interesante estudio de básquet (Schelling, X., & Torres, L. (2016).•Los autores observaron que durante los entrenamiento los ejercicios realizados de 3 vs. 3 y 5 vs. 5 eran los que mayor carga de trabajo (medida como: carga de aceleración o aceleraciones por minuto) implicaban.
