Todays workout inspired by the Crossfit Games 2017!! They released the first workout this morning and it was right up my alley! I used an 8kg kettlebell and my outdoor bench so definitely not crossfit standard but i still got it done 10 snatches, 15 burpee jumpovers20 snatches, 15 burpee jumpovers 30 snatches, 15 burpee jumpovers 40 snatches, 15 burpee jumpovers50 snatches, 15 burpee jumpoversBefore the haters comment, yes i have done crossfit before for about 1year, no my snatch technique isnt perfect hence using only 8kg to avoid hurting myself!!Give it a go team!
