Hello friends wanted to share my 12 day progress on the #dtdchallenge2018 It will be a 60 day fat loss challenge for me . These 12 days I worked out 130 MINUTES TOTAL !! I did three weight training 45 minute workouts with Coach Sean iamcoachsean . Thank you for the workouts all I need is 3 with my busy schedules👏🏻🙌🏻 . I did one 20 minute cardio session in the step mill and one beautiful hike . So far I have lost 6.5 lbs and 1% body fat .. first 6 days lost 5 lbs and .5% bf . Started st 118lbs /23.6% BF today I weighed 113LBS/ 22.5BF %. Goal is to be 105 with 20% BF for this challenge.. I been incorporating 15 minute yoga sessions 3 x a week as part of exercising the mind and staying relaxed.
