**ALL THE PRETTY COLORS** mean that you need to embrace change. SO many of you are desiring results without doing ANYTHING different! . Like absolutely nothing different! How are you going to get results without changing the stimulus? Without taking different action? . MORE isn’t always the answer. You can’t just keep overloading your body with the same shit and expect a different outcome. . Your body reacts to stress, the reaction is the process in which your body summoned a response to that environment change. If that environment persists, then an adaptation is created. It is MAPPED so the body can handle future stress of that nature. . If you’re are doing cardio and it’s not working, MORE isn’t the answer. Your body is an adaptation machine. It takes time to adapt but it is very efficient at doing so. Your body will get better at doing the same amount of work using less energy. And cardio is one of the simplest things your body can handle. . THUS the endless hamster on a wheel routine. This is why people spend years on the elliptical with no change. Pretty much everyone on a cardio machine at the gym looks the same FOREVER. . Ever wonder why? Their body has adapted, it can handle that shit. So how do you progress? How do you lose more weight? Burn more fat? . Weights. Lifting. Done. . I’m gonna be raging on this all week so get ready for the eye-raping. It’s my destiny to get all you male and female bizznitches pumping iron as soon as possible. . Build muscle, eat the right shit (don’t eat real shit OR tide pods), and be consistent as fuck with Yoga and active recovery techniques and your friends will think you’re as cool as Poseidon’s nut sack. . Don’t get that reference? Read a book, the ocean is cold AF. . Force your body to change. The ONLY way you will adapt is if you relentlessly expose your body to physical challenge. Cardio doesn’t cut it, LIFTING does. . Microtrauma, repair, caloric burn, growth, bone density, functional strength. ANIMAL. . I order you to go get shit done.
