Take the pumpkin and cut of the pumpkin skin, put pumpkin into a blender with the pumpkin water and blend up pumpkin & water. Pour the pumkin liquid into a pot, add the onions & garlic, let simmer for about 10 minutes. Continue to simmer adding in spinach about 2 handfulls. Cook the red quiona seperate in water for about 10 minutes or until quiona is soft. Put red quiona into the pumpkin soup and mix together. Add Himalyan sea salt , cumin, oragano, basil, & cinnamon in the end.
