I'm a bodybuilder. I have been my entire time being involved in fitness. Recently I have decided not to switch away from bodybuilding but to work on my strength. I have set a goal to reach a 1005Lb total between bench, squat, and deadlift by December 31st. This would mean new maxes in all three areas, bench: 245 squat: 335 deadlift: 425 @ a body weight of 155lbs. After this mornings workout...I think I'm going to buy myself some 20 lb dumbbells 🙌🏻🙌🏻 . . Usually the 15 would feel kind of heavy so I would alternate with my 10's... . . Today I used my 10's for ONE exercise #nonscalevictories . . Love training legs and this is a good combo move for abs as well! . . Start in a squat half the way down, DB over your shoulder . . Sweep the dumbbell to the opposite and side then step back into a lunge! . . Once you've done that for about 30 seconds, switch sides!! . . I also used to be terrible at lunges so I'm proud of the improvements I'm making!! . . With my favourite little helper riding my 'sleigh' as he calls it, this Santa was on her third set of these pulling 135... Ethan said I was sacked as a reindeer and that Santa would never get anywhere at that pace 😂😂6 x up and back which is 40 metres ..and that was followed by conventional leg work..omg I had that panicked feeling of 'when the Fuk is this gonna end ?'
