My favorite superset lately for the leggies 😍💞 12 reps x 3 sets of hack squats with 10-12 reps x 3 sets of Straight leg deadlifts both using the landline attachment 💞 Like I always mention, my gym doesn't have a hack squat machine 😭🙄 which sucks because I looooove that machine so so much. And then one magical day whitneyysimmons posted a video of landline hack squats, I tried them and it's been history since! 😊😘

Be your own inspiration! Calling all mummies especially! U can do it! The left is me post partum two months and the right is one year later! Firstly I didn't think I would be doing this in Vegas but life doesn't stop once you have a baby. Secondly I didn't have a personal trainer, I didn't buy any fad diet plans, I didn't have hours in the day to train, the key was healthy eating and consistent training whether it be 20 minutes or 1 hour, I did something everyday. Here’s what my typical squat session entails: •glute and quad activation with a resistance band- to start the burn and warm the muscles up. This can be done via crab walks or squats etc. •front squats to warm up the front and sides of the quads •back squats (I started off with 3x8 of 50kg) •another 3 sets of 8 but increase weight (I did 60kg) •then lastly 3x8 of a lower weight (50kg). Really take your time to squat down and back up (this gives you crazy tension and burn in the quads.) Also, trust me, you’ll need to breathe A LOT. Suck in on your way down and breathe out as you push up out of the squat. . There is no point doing any of these if you don’t really tense your glutes at the top of every squat- squeeze super hard so you know it’s all working. That squat routine will have you DEAD 💀💀 •lastly I like to finish off with some burners- 20x weighted glute bridges with a resistance band (I only did 15kg), but you should bridge up, open then close your legs, then go back back down and 20 x Romanian deadlifts with a light weight (I did 35kg). The drop sets that I promised you guys! I put the amount of reps I did on the video. Focus on doing the reps swiftly with little break time in between the sets. This will keep tension in your muscles. The pump after this will be crazy! —� REMEMBER— start with the heaviest weight, then make your way to the lowest weight. BURNOUT- keep doing reps till you can’t anymore Heavy weight=low reps . . Light weight= high reps . . Aquí están los drop sets que les prometí! Crushed quads tonight. Hitting quads and hamstrings 3 days apart is really working well with good size and strength gains for both. If you have a muscle group that's not coming along, quit doing the same stuff, quit following the rules about what exercises / how many sets / etc., and experiment to find out what works best for you.
