Many of you may not know but my full time career is as a veterinary nurse so fitness is something I make time for around that even when I work up to 50 hours some weeks . Stacchi da terra -> 4x 8+8+6+6 rispettivamente con 60 62.5 65 67.5 (L'ultima di 4 rep con 70) Mi sono posta l'obiettivo di migliorare la tecnica. Alle volte bisogna fare un passo indietro: ho abbassato i carichi ma ho sentito decisamente di più i muscoli lavorare. Tutto questo per dire che va bene spingere forte ma fino ad un certo punto! La tecnica è quella che ti porterà ad avere dei risultati migliori (e sicuramente diminuisce le probabilità di farti male)
