Overall this training session was high in volume. I put in a lot of work on technique and the aim was to work on speed under the bar on both lifts. There are different ways of working on the speed under bar but the hangs and no FEET are my favourite. I feel variation in the lifts is a great way of shocking and demanding more from yourself.
