Enjoy a small portion of the food you love. Don't restrict your body especially on special occasions. If you've been eating good the rest of the week then it doesn't matter much. However, if you don't eat well, most of the week, unfortunately, you will put on weight. You don't notice it day to day. But it creeps up on you over the months. Start today to make better choices.
