Tonight’s dinner was inspired by toms_nutrition Yummy chicken dinner. My take was diced chicken with gluten free coconut rice topped with my favourite alpro coconut yoghurt. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖. 500grams chicken chopped and fried. 1 chopped up onion 1 green pepper chopped. 1 tsp thyme. Generous amount of paprika. Wilted spinach.
