Beinahe schon ein Klassiker unter den Regenerations-Snacks: BANANE UND HÜTTENKÄSE. Warum? Lässt sich prima mitnehmen bzw. unterwegs einkaufen (ein kleiner Löffel in der Trainingstasche bewährt sich öfter!). Und 1 Banane (mittelgroß, 100g ohne Schale) und 200g Hüttenkäse (Natur, 20%) liefern 26g Proteine, 26g Kohlenhydrate und 9g Fette bei 300kcal (wer kcal sparen möchte kann einen fettreduzierten Hüttenkäse nehmen). Denn Proteine und Kohlenhydrate in Kombination = die Basis für eine gute Regeneration. // Almost a classic within the recovery snacks: BANANA AND COTTAGE CHEESE. Why? It’s easy to take away or to buy on the way (a small spoon in the training bag can be of use frequently!). And 1 banana (medium size, 100g without shell) and 200g cottage cheese (natural, 20%) provide 26g Proteins, 26g carbs and 9g fats by 300kcal (who wants to save calories can choose a reduced-fat cottage cheese). ✅ The perfect post workout ✅ YUM berries and yoghurt, my fave!!! In the past year fitness and health have become huge parts of my life and they’re factors in everything I do. I’ve always loved eating healthy and trying new recipes, and in the past year I’ve explored this even more. Ever since I became part of a cross country team 🏃🏻‍♀️ I’ve realised how much what I put inside my body impacts the activities I can do. There was a time where I was very weak and tired, and my body couldn’t keep up with the levels of training I was doing. From this I learned that I have to look at what I’m eating and decide if it benefits my lifestyle or not. In the past few months I’ve been doing some pre season training, and a bowl of berries and yoghurt has basically been my go to post workout snack. Probably the most common question I get asked by people I first meet is, "Do you follow a strict diet?" Followed by "So you eat rice?" 😅🍚 For me, the most difficult part of maintaining a healthy diet is warding off cravings for sweets and junk when you're tired or hungry... or both (Lethal combination! Steer clear of my path)! So here's one of my favorite healthy cookie recipes that's perfect for a quick breakfast, or a pre and post-workout snack. Sometimes I even take one or two pieces in my back pocket for long rides. Oil-free, sugar-free, you can even make it gluten free. So easy I taught my cats to make it. 🐱🐱 Link in bio
