Repeat ... •90/90; begin as above bring your right arm to an L shape. Exhale your breath imagine using your muscles under your shoulder blade and in your mid back to lift your arm to a 90*angle. Keeping the shoulders down and the upper traps soft. Inhale as your return to the start position keeping your shoulder blade attached to the back of your ribs. .... •Shoulder Press; begin as above with your arm at a 90*Angle. Exhale your breath and press your arm forward as long as it can reach. Keeping your shoulders drawing down, shoulder blades attached to the back of your ribs and upper traps soft. It’s all about core strengthening and stretches this morning. Static stretches are great for allowing you to focus on posture, body awareness and balance. Move into a particular muscular stretch and hold it for approximately 10seconds. With the quadriceps/hip flexors you should feel the stretch in the front off the thigh and hip. Planks are a great core exercise, again to gain strength and posture.
