Feeling kinda okay. Made my own syn free hummus today with red pepper and cayenne pepper 😋 took me ages to try it as I was petrified it wasn’t gonna be nice (lol I’m weird) but it was actually quite ok. Super spicy but nothing wrong with that 🔥😛 started my pole dancing class today which kinda made me feel super rubbish. Administration screwed up and didn’t tell me that it was the second half of classes for the beginners class so everyone else was super good and knew everything then there was me who rocked up with not being to classes for about a year and knowing virtually nothing☹️ at least I knew how to do the fireman spin still😏😏 Anyways.. set my alarm for 10.30, woke up feeling awake then woke up again at 1 lol. Must’ve fallen back asleep when I shut my eyes for 5 mins.. why am I like this😅?! Decided to do the fast and easy SP day today and tomorrow, so making sure all the food that I am eating are either speed foods or protein foods :) finding it okay but couldn’t do it all the time. This allows me to have one choice A and two choice B’s 😁 So started my day with my hifi bar (Choice B 1), leftover homemade curry from last night with some steamed veggies instead of rice! Had broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, pepper and carrots😛 with a white tea😊 Got a move on with my essay as im now sitting in my extension period for handing it in due to the total mind block I’ve had. Definitely not something I wanted to do 🙅🏻‍♀️ Anyways, decided that I needed to eat something more to keep up my metabolism before heading to pole so decided to have my choice A and second choice B with 125ml of SS milk (was meant to be 250ml of rice milk but realised I had none left, so had to borrow of my flatmate shhhh🤫🤫🤫) and 45g of bran flakes :) Got back from my pole class and made myself a 3 egg and veg - courgette, asparagus, spinach, pepper, onion - omelette with a masssive side salad (gettin in dem speeds) with a dollop of my hummus 😋). Currently munching through some carrot and cucumber sticks with a bowl of hummus😂 finding it difficult as so full from the omelette. May call it a day and head to bed as up at 8am tomoz for uni😴😴
