So far, I’ve been feeling pretty good (knock on wood). Had a really nice workout, it felt great. I’m not sure how many use MotiFIT, to track your workouts. But the company has gone through a complete makeover. They’re now called FITIV. I have to say, the update is pretty sharp.

Pretty good workout, can’t really complain. I’m just taking it easy, and going as far as my body will allow me to go. I decided to add a little nu-salt to my BCAAs, I figure that’ll help get my potassium in. Going to add that in some of my food, as well. Tracking everything, of course. 🙂

Figured I better get one last good workout in, while I can. I’ve read how the first couple weeks take a bit for the body to adjust. So yeah, I see myself slowing down and working out 30 minutes... for now. Once I get comfortable and know my body can handle it, I’ll start to slowly ramp things up like I had it. 🙂
