My leg workout from this morning! ➡️ Quad burner - 15 reps x 3 sets each side ➡️ Resistance band, I used this one for a warm up, just didn’t put it first because my videos are so professional & all 🤭😂this could be used at the end of a leg day too to really wreak them💪🏼 ➡️ Single leg dl 12 each side 3 sets ➡️ 10 squats into 10 lunges each side x 4 sets ➡️ Double pulse squats 15 x 3 sets I was done after that 💦 —— Personal trainer- 0459412117 Happy Sunday guys!

💥BLIND DATE CIRCUIT FOR YOUR WEEKEND HANGOVER. HERE, LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TWO.....💥 + Video 1: INSTRUCTIONS ⬇️ 4 sets, 30 seconds each To warmup your body, don’t stretch or do mobility, you’re about to hop into a cardio circuit that sucks so what do you think you need to do? Right, get your heart rate up with one partner on the floor doing a plank while the other partner hops over the partners legs (watch the ankles). The side to side jumps are the important part of the warmup and the plank is just so your partner isn’t leaning on the water fountain while it’s your turn to jump😏 + Video 2, 3, and 4: INSTRUCTIONS ⬇️ Squat Jumps - 10 sec Mountain Climber - 20 sec Squat Jumps - 10 sec Side Pike Jumps - 20 sec ☝️This equals 1 minute on your timer. Repeat in same sequence for 6 minutes straight. Repeat the entire circuit if you have what it takes💪 🤓I used this quick 6 minute circuit all through high school and college and it did me wonders. Grab a partner, do it, throw up, awesome! Have fun being the happiest MF at brunch while all your soul sisters sip mimosas to rid themselves of their hangover from last night. #کول هالتر  نوع حرکت: قدرتی  عضله اصلی: ذوزنقه ای  عضلات کمکی:دلتوئید  تجهیزات لازم: هالتر  مکانیک: چندمفصلی  سطح: دشوار حالت شروع صاف بایستید و بالا تنه تان را صاف نگه دارید. جهت ثابت نگه داشتن لگن، عضلات سرینی و شکم را منقبض کرده و هالتر را با کف دست هایی که به سمتِ بدنند، بگیرید. حرکت برای بلند کردن هالتر به سمت شانه ها، آرنج هایتان را تا کمی بالاتر از ارتفاع شانه بالا ببرید. هدف این حرکت برای افزایش حجم عضله ی ذوزنقه ای مناسب است. تنفس وقتی دست هایتان پایین است نفس بکشید و حین حرکت آزادش کنید. وزنه ها را متناسب با ورزش و سابقۀ تمرینی تان انتخاب کنید. وضعیت صاف ایستادنتان را بر هم نزنید اما وقتی حین حرکت به مفصل دلتویید رسیدید، حرکت را متوقف کنید.برای اجرای این حرکت می توانید دست ها را به دو صورت بگیرید. فاصلۀ دست هایی که کمی باریک تر از شانه هایتان باشد روی قسمت مرکزی عضله ی ذوزنقه کار میکند؛ فاصلۀ دست هایی که کمی عریض تر از شانه باشد، برای تقویتِ عضلاتِ بینِ ذوزنقه و دلتویید به کار می رود. اگر در ناحیه گردن مشکل دارید این حرکت را انجام ندهید. حین حرکت، کمرتان را صاف نگه دارید و مچ های دستتان را خم نکنید.
