Korean Style Bbq ribs and Wilted spinach and Carrot salad. My little guy has an intolerance to soy (among other things) so eating Korean food is a rarity for us, which is a shame because I love it! I had a quick look online to see if I could find a similar paleo version of this marinade but they all used tamari. So I decided to experiment a little. It turned out great 😊 The marinade is 1/2 cup coconut aminos. A 1/4 cup of coconut oil (you can also use sesame). A dash of fish sauce. About a third of a cup of honey. A 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and a few twists of pink salt. Another success story! This amazing lady was struggling with constipation. And from personal experience I know how annoying that can be!! Mini Cinnamon Pancakes topped with fresh blueberries, fourthandheart ghee, and 100% maple syrup for the littles this morning! Recipe from paleomg latest cookbook, and friends, let me tell you, you NEED this cookbook. We’ve yet to go wrong with a recipe and kids inhaled these pancakes not even realizing they are paleo! . . . 👩🏻‍🍳 Tip: My middle son assisted with the cooking today and since he is just 2.5 I prepped a little beforehand to make the cooking process go a little more smoothly. I set out all ingredients, went ahead and measured out flours, almond milk, teaspoons of baking soda and the like. Homemade Gingerbread Paleo Granola. Ingredients: 1 cup almonds 1 cup pecans 2/3 cup pepitas 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp salt Pinch of ground cloves 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil 2 tbsp molasses 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the almonds, pecans, and pepitas into a food processor and pulse to break the mixture into smaller pieces. 2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the maple syrup, coconut oil, molasses, & vanilla together for 45 seconds. Remove from the microwave, add in the nut mixture from the food processor, & stir gently. Add the cinnamon, ginger, salt, & cloves. Stir well to combine. 3. Transfer the granola mixture to the lined baking sheet & spread it out in an even layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Break into chunks & store in an airtight container or resealable bag for up to a week.
