The best detox water you will ever have!!! So refreshing. Great for cleansing your system. Lemon, Ginger and Basil Iced Tea for Detox Ingredients 2 lemons 5 ginger coins 3/4 cup basil leaves, loosely packed 3 tbsp honey 9 cups boiling water Instructions Cut the lemons in half and juice the lemons into a large pitcher, catching any seeds. Add the lemon halves into the pitcher, along with the ginger coins and basil. Pour boiling water into the pitcher and stir in the honey. Allow to steep until cool, and then remove the ginger, basil, and lemon halves. Serve with ice.

PUMPKIN Chili is all the craze right now in my household and why shouldn’t it be? With so much #delicious and #organic fall produce available, I feel blessed that I’m able to make this delicious meal! # I used the Pumpkin Chili recipe from grazedandenthused #thehealingkitchen cookbook and these flavors pair so well together. It tastes absolutely amazing and comforting after a long day’s work. Like this if you want more of my favorite healthy recipes! These are the BEST Veggie Tacos I have ever had (You need to try them!) Ingredients 3 small zucchini, sliced lengthwise 2 small yellow squash, sliced lengthwise 1 small eggplant, chopped 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin Pinch of cayenne 1 avocado, pitted Juice of 1 lime 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped 1 lime, cut into wedges 8 Paleo tortillas Instructions 1. Place the zucchini, squash, and eggplant into a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and one teaspoon of salt. Add pepper to taste. Toss to coat. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and a dash of salt. Set aside. 2. Heat the grill to medium-high. Place the zucchini, yellow squash, and eggplant onto the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until slightly softened but still crispy. 3. To assemble, top each tortilla with a few pieces of squash or eggplant and red onion. Spread the avocado mixture over the vegetables and garnish with cilantro.
