Всем привет 👋 Завтра 2 недели с начала нашей фитнес-жиротопки 🤘🏻 Хвастайтесь, делитесь своими результатами !!! . Значит натощак встаём на весы и делаем замеры - талия, бёдра и плечи. Чур не жульничать, а то серенький волчок захреначит за бочок 😜 . А теперь рацион: Пьём калорийную прохладную водичку 1-2 стакана Завтрак: овсянка 50 гр с 30 гр изюма и 1 столовой ложкой мёда Перекус: 300гр ягод и 100гр 1% творога Обед: бурый рис 70 гр, к нему фиде индейки 170гр и овощной салат с заправкой 1 столовая ложка оливкового масла Ужин: варим 3 яйцо, трём 50гр 20% сыра и все это добавляем в овощной салат с добавлением 1 чайной ложкой подсолнечного масла . Всем продуктивного четверга! Client feature. Miss Kim Smith miss_kim_smith Where do I start with this cutie? Kim prepped for a bikini competition about 6 years ago with another coach. After battling with weight and losing a ton u would think she had transformed. But quite the opposite internally. But her mindset was a mess!!! Her mental attitude was not good. When we started prepping we decided to switch to figure. But Work a ton on the MIND. The body changes were only going to happen if the head was on straight. We have rocked preps and won trophies. But we do this with such a different attitude then she once had. Way more food. Way less cardio. Way less overtraining. Way less self doubt and negative thinking. The last few years have brought her a divorce. Lost jobs. Financial strain. Moving far away. Switching careers. Car accidents. Whew! But one thing remains strong is her focus on loving herself and staying healthy. Mind first. Body follows. I am beyond proud of kim who has become family to me and like my little sister. I got her back. And am always there if her mind begins to resort back to old mindset issues. We keep getting better and better. And she is truly an inspiration to others. When the going gets tough. CHRISTMAS TIPS. _ Now you get different types of people around the Christmas period. Those who carry on as they have been, stay on track with food whether that be tracking calories or just eating clean and train as much as they usually do. For those people great! However I would put these in the minority! _ Then you get those (the majority, myself included) that don't want to worry too much about what they eat, absolutely not to the extent of tracking intake and drink at every opportunity. If you fall into this category then here are some big tips to keep you from piling the pounds on! _ Considering you may be eating out most evenings in the coming weeks and enjoying the few festive drinks then let's just step back and think about it logically. If we put way too many cals in then we will get fat. Plain and simple. So how can we prevent that whilst still being out and about so much?! _ First tip that I use myself is to intermittent fast over this period. I do it year round. It basically means cutting your eating window from eating freely all day to eating within an 8 hour gap. Easiest way to do this is to skip breakfast 🤔👀 'but isn't that the most important meal of the day?' Balls it is!! By skipping your first meal and starting eating at 12-2pm then you free up a large chunk of calories that can now go towards meals out or drinks. _ Another tip is to eat low calorie but high protein meals in the day to allow for a big calorific meal or pub sesh. Again I do this most days anyway. For example your first meal could be eggs, chicken sausages, avocado (my reg) or likewise it could be chicken with mixed vege. That way you're keeping protein intake up (to maintain muscle mass) but allowing for more calories later on. _ Don't overcomplicate things and don't stress, especially this time of year but if you implement these 2 things I guarantee you won't put on as much fat over the festive time! _ I will post tomorrow on how you could switch your training up to help you through..... _ Tag anyone that could benefit from some Christmas tips!! _

It'll teach you to accelerate the bar to the top, but this isn't the best choice of max effort movement if you're weak off the floor. However before you attempt exercises like this, you first need to make sure you’ve got a strong neural connection to your glutes- or you’ll risk loading up your lower back.
