Lunch Today ♡ Boy oh boy was that a FILLED wrap of nutritious goodness! Hence why the knife was there... I tried to squish it all in but eventually started just eating it was a fork and knife! Hey - it all ends up in the same place right?? Haha!! ••• 1 Whole Grain Wrap Veganaise 1/2 Avacodo 1 Roma Tomato 1 Cup Kale (7 Super Foods) Mix 3 Cooked Tumeric Mushrooms) and Tbsp of Cooked Onions 1 Leaf of Fresh Kale ••• Super Simple! • Side Note: Back up to 249lbs after the weekend. Why are my foods on point all week and than go to crap on the weekend!! It is so hard. I feel like all I am doing through the work week is losing the weight I put on on the weekend. I also did not stay Vegan on Sunday. I gave in and made Chicken Drumsticks. I am trying to be forgiving to myself but quite honesty I feel downright awful about eating the drumsticks covered in sugary Honey Garlic and Dipped in Non-Vegan Ranch AND on top of all of those unhealthy choices. I finished an entire bag of Sour Cream and Onion Chips and 6 Mini cans of Diet Pepsi. This monday is really hard because I have to accept the consequences of my bad choices and try to move forward. Im going to the gym tonight and I am going to work like hell to get those extra pounds off!!! I am so serious on the weekdays but struggle so much on the weekends. I need to get serious now because my Diet Bet weigh in is coming up really soon!! I need to be 245.2 by Christmas Eve!
