Dreaming of sweet potato tofu Buddha bowls hard right now ⚡️my fridge currently has one container of olives in it, so I’m about to head out to loadddd up on some serious fruit and veg 🌿 Today is day 6 of our holiday bootcamp and today is recipe share day + some inspired impulse nutritional/diet info from mua 💙 My problem is I can’t usually follow recipes #rebel and I usually never write anything down that I make 👀 making it super hard to put my ideas down on paper to share. Cooking is usually on the fly with me, its one of my creative outlets, I never know whats going to come out. Any other foodies feel me on this?? 🙋🏻‍♀️

TRAVEL & The Autoimmune Protocol don't have to be difficult or stressful. Here are a few tips that should make your #weekend #getaway even more #stressfree : 1. Stay somewhere with a kitchen or kitchenette. I'm able to keep my produce #fresh in the refrigerator. If I don't have access to a refrigerator then it's all good, Friends! Just be sure to order a lot of salads & greens wherever I'm eating out. 2. Canned fish (wild-caught in water or extra virgin olive oil and sea salt only) so you have quick access to protein and it's a great snack to have in my purse while we are exploring. It doesn't have to be seafood, any canned protein will do as long as has compliant ingredients. 3. Don't make things complicated, focus on one big meal while you have access to the kitchen. My breakfast is piled high with plenty of nutrient dense ingredients. LUNCH-time is my favorite and largest meal of the day. I just roasted up a batch of root veggies #sosimple, tossed them in coconut oil and roasted @ 375 F for 35 mins. Sudden cooking inspiration turns quick and simple into fancy gourmet. My breakfast was the delicious burst of creativity that I needed yesterday. Parboiled carrot noodles, quick tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes and green onions from the garden (I am rushing to eat them before the deer get them all), a half of a tin of sardines, and basil and parsley from the garden sprinkled on top. Sometimes feeling your feelings can be the bravest thing for you to do ➖➖➖ I had a bit of an emotional morning. (I spoke a bit about it on my IG stories) My first inclination is to say "What is wrong with you, Kirsten" to divert... to not feel the feelings... because after all we don't want MORE of that, so why would we spend our energy there... right?! But our fears, our insecurities, our anxieties are there to teach us something... and they will persist until we deal They will keep coming back until we recognize the lesson If we don't, if we refuse the lesson they get stuck. We clog the flow. ➖➖➖ So right here in my workout im going to listen. I'm going to feel the thing that keeps coming up for me. The fear that sits just beneath the surface of my soul... I'm gonna feel that! I'm going to listen to the things my intuition have been telling me to do... to help unclog my flow. And then, I will rise! What about you?
