Deadlifts felt better today than they have as of late. First double with 405lb here followed by another then 3x5 with 365lb. Just trying to get better and reach a point where all of the big 3 lifts feel good consistently😂 mtsnutrition tigerfitness

INFORMATION POST** ✖️ Are you NEGLECTING muscle groups you can’t see? Just because you can’t see them DOESN’T mean they aren’t there! Muscles such as - REAR DELTS, CALVES, HAMSTRINGS, and GLUTES (yes, you guys out there can’t be walking around with 23 inch arms then a 🥞 for a ass)! Some people neglect other groups even if they can see them. So what I like to do is hit these muscle groups at the beginning of my workout, so that there’s no excuse as to why I wouldn’t work them out! So today is shoulders and here I am hitting rear delts FIRST THING! 🔥4 DUMBBELL EXERCISES FOR TONED TRICEPS🔥 by sculptedmuscle - If you're struggling to build toned arms, then it's most likely because you aren't training your triceps correctly. Contrary to popular belief, your triceps (not your biceps) account for the vast majority of your arm region. So if you want to take your arms to the next level, you'll need to hit all 3 heads of the triceps accordingly => the medial head, long head and lateral head. - 💪My personal favorite way to train my arms is by using the dumbbells. They are more dynamic than the machines and allow you to independently train each side of your body. - Here are my four favorite mass building exercises for the triceps... - 1️⃣Over The Head Extensions: builds mass to the medial head 2️⃣Skull Crushers: builds mass to the long head 3️⃣Cross Body Extensions: builds mass to the long head 4️⃣Dumbbell Kickbacks: builds mass to the lateral head - ✔️For maximum results, keep your weight heavy and your reps moderate, between 15-9 per set. Take no more than 20 seconds rest in between each set and make sure to capitalize on the full range of motion of each rep. - 🙏Remember that it's proper form first. Reps second. This for all those who suffer from chicken legs syndrome. I use to suffer from it too. . I learned that the calves can be trained daily as they have one of the fastest recovery rates. . I learned that to grow my calves I needed to be doing these pretty much everyday. . 4sets of 12 every day for a solid 2months and BAM! I have great calves. .
