Part of lion dance is conditioning. Being able to move fluidly in the lion takes practice and training that is usually a bit more intense than when actually in the lion. My favorite workout ever--Hammer ConditioningThis routine is based on compound exercises {movements that use more than one muscle at one time} so you feel the burn everywhere and I mean that literally! Training for tennis + injury prevention. Often, the most direct way to enhance sport specific performance is to reverse the primary movements commonly encountered in said sport. Essentially, do the exact opposite of what your sport demands to even things out. Repeated swinging in tennis is very demanding of both transverse plane rotation, and adduction flexion of the upper extremities via front delts, pecs, and internal rotator cuff muscles. These single arm renegade rows reverse both of these movements, focussing on anti-rotation, and upper body pulling, to help strengthen underdeveloped weaknesses/imbalances created by practicing tennis frequently. Train smarter, not harder, and perform better.

My singing was terrible but my pausing encouraged him to fill in the gaps developing his cognitive and language skills. Tyler is hypersensitive to certain motions and movements. Has anyone heard of HIIT yoga? #HIITYOGA "This is a combination of Hiit(High Intensity Interval Training) and Yoga. The session starts with traditional sun salutations before numerous rounds of high intensity exercises with short recovery and Vinyasa style flowing movements. For example, twenty seconds of jumping planks, with ten second rests. In each section, there are 8 different exercises which focus on different areas and different movements before moving back into traditional Vinyasa practice and then finally some Pranayama at the end to cool down." My Verdict: Almost died but thank God I survived sweat level was a bucketful! Totally could hear my fats crying out loud
