Instead, take the reins on your thoughts to feel better, act positively, and stay in control on your journey. Consider these common thinking styles. Which one are you? All or nothing: “I ate a cookie. I might as well give up now.” Generalizing: “Last time I went on vacation I gained weight. I’ll probably gain this time, too.” Accentuating the negative: “I only lost a half a pound this week!” Doom and gloom: “I’m having a bad day. I’ll never do this.”

Day 5/21 - today was so hectic and I had to take my lunch and dinner with me today. Talk about will power. Had my lunch at a pizza 🍕 party and dinner surrounded by smoked brisket and potato salad. Today's menu was: B- one cup oatmeal with fresh green Apple and walnuts. Sweetened with pure maple surup and cinnamon. L- mixed veggies and hummus (ate this before the photo) and quinoa salad. There is nothing wrong with wanting to develop healthier habits or wanting to be a stronger healthier version of ourselves. I believe we should respect our bodies and treat our bodies with love, by keeping it as strong and healthy as we can. We can also show our bodies some love by nourishing our bodies with healthier foods, getting enough sleep and drinking enough water. But it's important to do all of these things because you love your body, not because you're hating on it. You are fine right NOW the way you are. There is no reason to HATE on yourself. When you begin to do things from a place of love rather than hate, that's when you see a true transformation from the inside out. Thru the years we sometimes develop unhealthy habits and mindsets (I DEFINITELY HAVE) that make it hard for us to show our bodies the love it deserves.
