I’M BACK!!!! Starting Monday February 5th my private PT studio will be up and running and I’ll be getting back to what I love doing (besides raising my three cheeky monkeys!!). I am nobody special at this place. I never played sports growing up and I've never thought of myself as athletic. In fact the first time I stepped in the gym was 9 years ago at 21 years old and I was bought a membership by the person I was with at the time, who said my thighs were fat, and they grossed him out. So I went at 2am and walked on the treadmill for two hours- because I had no clue what to even do. Tears streaming down my face. That was the association I had with the gym. Pain. After I left that relationship, I was in an extremely dark place. Instead of ignoring that place because of pain, I channeled my energy into it. It became a place of freedom and positivity. My friend bonita_sarita_official showed me how to work different muscle groups and I began to study eating healthy and how to make myself better. And it's changed my life. And this is why I'm so invested in it. Maybe you've had a similar experience. I encourage you to face that head on and turn it into something positive. It's difficult, but very worth it. I'm here for you 💛

Glutes and Hamstrings are 💀 started off with 3 bodyweight exercises (repeated x3 no rest) - 1. Incline frog pumps 2. Incline single leg glute bridges 3. Pulse squats. A couple of Leggy exercises:) I used 25’s for the 1st exercise & for the kickbacks I think it was set at either 12.5 or 15, I can’t member🤷🏻‍♀️. Go heavy with those squats>curtsy lunges, i only did about 12reps each set & i was smoked! Also on those kick backs, i feel i activate my glutes more so when i bend over & grab onto the cable machine. Just don’t extend your legs fully as not to hyper extend/ mess up yer knees, and hold it at the top for a sec to really fire up those muscles🍑 talk about a booty pump! Happy Lifting!
