I title this EPIC GYM FAIL! 😂 woke up at 2pm after a night shift and was like “Come in Jade go to the gym” So I did, do a fairly decent workout considering the lack sleep. I DID IT!!! My first workout in forever - it's wasn't pretty but I got through it. Last night I told my boyfriend that I felt like I was in a rut not only with my workouts and eating but with work, and leisure and enjoying the little things. I feel like I've been in a state of chaos and haven't been able to focus on anything. I've been feeling so disorganized and out of it. Last night before I went to bed I mentally prepared myself for today. I wrote out a list of things I wanted to get done and those that need to get done (cleaning of course) and committed to it. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed for the first time in weeks, put on some workout clothes and headed out the door to a local fitness centre for a drop in class. When I got there I was one of 3 people. The instructor told us to gather some weights for bi's tri's shoulders and squats ... I got what I thought I'd be able to handle… Needless to say midway through the class I nearly passed out and had to sit out a few exercises. At that point I felt defeated I felt that everything I had worked for previously was gone. After some self talk I got back up and powered through the rest of the work out at my own pace. I finished it and felt great afterwards!
