Always bbq season 12 months of the year in this house. Portions should be very simple for you to figure out, don’t fall in love with ‘exactness’ because once you understand the natural caloric variance of food and how the human metabolic compensation system works than close enough is good enough! _ 1 breast = 1 meal with either rice/vegetables or potatoes/vegetables for me, don’t over analyze something that in the grand scheme of things is going to make about a glass of waters difference being thrown over Niagara Falls if your chicken breast is ‘off’ by 25 grams, I don’t weigh anything so I wouldn’t even know. Hoy toca comida calóricaaa!🙆🙆 FRANCESINHA. Es un plato típico de Portugal. Hay varias variantes, una de las más conocidas la de Oporto. Personalmente no suelo hacer este tipo de platos tan calóricos, pero era un plato que nos pedía un amigo nuestro desde hace tiempo y hoy al final lo hemos hecho. Supongo que no me lo podré acabar porque.....tela lo que lleva!! (hoy no tengo tiempo para publicar la receta voy con el tiempo justo 🙈). Normalmente se suele acompañar con patatas fritas, pero he considerado que ya iba bien de calorias...😂😂😂 . 💥HOW TO DEAL WITH FAT LOSS HUNGER💥 - 🤜🏻Feeling a degree of hunger is really not a bad thing at all & when your trying to lose fat it’s an inevitable part of the process. - 😁To be clear I’m referring to mild hunger pangs not the kind of ravenous hunger that that can quite easily lead to a loss of the ability to make good choices & eat in a controlled way. - 😎The skill of learning how to manage your hunger before you reach this point is important & can take a bit of work especially if you have a “the hungrier I feel the better” mindset. Which actually can be quite detrimental. - 💥The solution to all of this to learn how to “eat better not less” acknowledging that it’s food volume that makes you feel full not calories. A 500kcal jam/ jelly sandwich will have a different impact on your satiety levels than 500kcal meal made up of broccoli & protein. - 😍Organising your diet in such a way that you get protein every meal & you include plenty of whole food is the smart thing to do to help manage your hunger. You can also use nifty tricks like adding veg noodles to pasta or cauli rice. - 🤷🏼‍♀️The impact of the “other stuff” is surprisingly powerful the phrase “out of site out of mind “ is pretty good summary. - 😎Picture the scene sitting with nothing to do in a bakery surrounded by delicious smells & the view of your favourite baked goodies right in your face. What do you think that’s going to do your appetite? Seriously don’t make things harder on yourself than necessary. - 💥The fat loss process isn’t the easiest of things to go through but there are always things you can do to make things easier & more manageable for yourself. - 💍Any comments or thoughts?
