Every bite of food you take is either fighting disease or fuelling it… THIS COULD NOT BE MORE TRUE!! 🙌🙌 _______________________________________________ Take a look at all the chemicals, toxins and sugar that is in processed and packaged food… its no wonder that our society is more sick than ever. And it’s not getting any better. A significant portion of our population are sick, stressed, chronically fatigued, burnt out and just not enjoying life. I mean, how could you possible enjoy life to the fullest when your tired ALL THE TIME? 😴 _______________________________________________ People say that healthy eating is expensive. But in reality, BEING SICK IS EXPENSIVE💰. Being off work is costs you money, medication costs you money, being unmotivated in your career and life costs you money. If you are tired because you are eating junk… you aren’t going to have the motivation to cook something healthy at home… you go out for convenience food (junk)… then you are tired because you are eating junk 🍟🍕🍔. You cannot treat your body like this and expect to feel good. _______________________________________________ I choose to eat real food, even though it might be a bit more expensive now because I want to live a long, happy and healthy life. I don’t want the expense of being sick. I choose to take the extra time to cook my own food and fuel by body with real nutrients because my health matters to me 🥒🍎🥑. And being healthy is going to matter to my family. It would be selfish of me to not take care of myself because then I couldn’t take care of anyone else in my life the way I know I can. _______________________________________________ IF YOU ARE SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED, THEN SOMETHING IN YOUR LIFE NEEDS TO CHANGE!! I know the caps are aggressive but this needs to stop. We need to take responsibility for our life and all of the things that happen to us! ___________________________________________ If you are stuck, do something about it. Don’t just do the same thing over and over again and expect things to be different this time. 🤦🏻‍♀️ __________________ Moral of the story: eat real food and your body and the world will love you back 💜🥑🍓🥝💜

*Lets talk CHEAT MEALS* Almost every week, I get french fries 🍟 for my cheat meal 😂😂 Fries are my FAVORITE food. When I first met with my nutritionist 👩🏻‍⚕️ we went over what I normally eat. She pointed out how it was mostly carbohydrates 🍕🍟🥖🍩🍪. I LEGIT never even realized that my diet was mostly made up of carbs! She has me on a low carb, high fat/protein diet because she felt it was best for weight loss. So now every cheat meal I have is carb heavy since I don’t get them much anymore (and when I do, they’re healthy, obvs 💁🏻). However, usually every morning after, my stomach is wicked messed up, from what I think is mostly the shit ton of oil. Especially in the Five Guys fries I get (the bag is literally soaked with oil 🤦🏻‍♀️). I always say I’m not going to have as “bad” of a cheat meal, but I always do 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ya girl loves them... What do you guys usually have for cheat meals?? Do you have cheat DAYs? Also, please note all the fries left are the ones with some skin on it, my least favorite 😂🙅🏻 (Not pictured, Oreos... 😂😬🤰🏻<— food baby)

#TBT to a time when I thought the only option I had to work on my health was by spending hours a week (that I didn’t have) at a gym just doing the same old boring things. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ And the only way to improve my nutrition was to eat “boring” healthy food 24/7. 👎🏻 And that I was forever going to have no energy, be addicted to junk food, have no self-confidence, and dislike the person I was on the inside and the changes I was starting to see on the outside. 🙄 But then I found the solution to my problems through quick, effective workouts at home with my “Netflix of Fitness.” I get the most bang for my buck because I’m not wasting time wandering around at a gym making up programs for myself. Plus, I’m NEVER getting bored with over hundreds of workouts available and new releases happening every year. 🙌🏻 And I’m eating things like Jalapeño Cheddar Burgers, Broccoli Chicken Mac and Cheese, and Snickerdoodle shakes to give me REAL food to fuel my body, give me energy, and work on building that muscle 💪🏻🤤 (oh, and that same food and those same workouts have my husband down 30 lbs 💁🏼) I’m happier, WAY healthier, and still living life. I’m learning REAL lifestyle changes that fit into my crazy, busy life that are fun and are giving me my best shot of having a long, healthy life.
