Old school exercise that is overlooked but powerful if done right! - Full workout was posted yesterday on The Daily Train @ TheDailyTrainer.com for 24 hours. ⬇️ Throat Crushers- Targeting the triceps but mainly great at hitting the hard to get portion of the lateral head that runs down the side of your arm by your elbow. This is the long portion that helps develop that horseshoe look. ^Triceps Rope Extension^ Attach a rope to a cable stack as high as possible and assume a standing position. Grasp the rope with a neutral grip (palms facing in) and lean forward slightly by hinging at the hips. Initiate the movement by extending the elbows and flexing the triceps. Pull the rope downward until the elbows are almost locked out and then slowly lower under control back to the starting position. Trying to grow my stubborn long head of the triceps, doing everything where you have your your shoulders elevated will target the long head of the triceps because you get extra stretch and the long head is connected to your shoulders, all triceps work will however include all 3 heads of the triceps.
