This is true yes, but have you been watching glory kickboxing or the UFC? Sport adapts fast not only with technique and style but also the speed, power and durability of fighters. The truth is evident with other sports like American foot ball and Rugby or track and field look at the development in these athletes from 1960’s to now, its like a different species of animal playing the same sports! ◾ ▶Program design  Out of camp 7 week training block -2 strength and power -2 conditioning based. ◾ The FPI stand and bang program has been designed to. ◾ -increase maximum strength and rate of force development -increase power and power endurance. -Increase muscular endurance. -Improve joint integrity and mobility and reduce likely hood of injuries. -Work on the most common postural imbalances and weaknesses present in strikers. -Improve all energy systems used during a fight. Required Equipment▶Access to a commercial or garage gym (no fancy machines required)
