Do this one dynamic mobility move before your next Swing sesh to unlock more power from the hips! Tight hamstrings - caused from excessive sitting - can negatively effect your Kettlebell Swing by shortening your stretch-strength relationship in the hip hinge movement. The Scoop stretch is a great way (and one of many) to create some more space and length in the hamstring/gluteal connection allowing you to reach deeper into your hinge to help load up the hips more effectively. Add about 10-20 of these into your warm-up and swing away my friend! Thanks coachjoe.atx
