Wide stance kettlebell squat. Put a heavy ass kettlebell in between your feet. Turn your toes slightly out. Stance should be several inches wider than your shoulders. Grab your kettlebell and start the movement standing up tall. To perform the movement, push your butt as far back behind you as humanly possible while keeping your back flat and the weight in your heels. Lower down so that the kettlebell is as close to the floor as you can get it without touching. Stand all the way back up giving your glutes a big squeeze at the top. 3 sets of 15-20 reps. #danidanibrowndotblog #bunstagram #bumonfleek #buildabooty
