🔺SHOULDERS - Isolate those deltoids!!!🔺 Here is a simple fix by wesrmoore for the delt raise. Shown above is a common mistake made among many people. 👇🏻 ❌ Throwing the weight up and having your hand finish above the shoulder is going to incorporate many more parts of the shoulder and back than desired. You may be able to get away with it for a while before you hurt yourself but it doesn't isolate the deltoid very well👇🏻 ✅ Rounding the weight out instead of up, keeping a slight bend in the elbow through the entire movement, and finishing with the top half of your arm parallel to the ground. Oggi, dato che ho dormito MOLTO DI PIÙ del mio solito, mi sono voluta coccolare con questa dolcissima (ma fit) colazione! 😍🤤 FIT CIOCCOLATA ALL'ARANCIA! 🤤🍫🍊 Per ralizzarla ho usato: •300ml di latte 🥛(potete usare qualsiasi tipo di latte) •10g di cacao amaro 🍫 •15g di fecola di patate 🍚 •scorza di arancia 🍊 🔸️PROCEDIMENTO: 1°In un pentolino, versare una parte di latte (circa 150ml) e portare ad ebollizione mescolando ogni tanto con una frusta 2°Contemporaneamente, in uno scodellino, scioglioere cacao amaro, la fecola e la scorza d'arancia con il latte rimanente. Aggingere il composto con il latte caldo nel pentolino solo quando quest'ultimo non bollirà 3°Continuare a mescolare con la frusta, a fuoco medio/basso) finchè la cioccolata non assumerà una consistenza cremosa. Chi la desidera anche più densa basta aggiungere altra fecola 4°Quando è pronta, versare la cioccolata in una tazza e decorarla con quello che più vi piace . . . No matter how many times we repeat to ourselves that how much we sweat during an working is not directly correlated with having a good workout and even less with amount of calories burned during that season, it is undeniable that we feel that we worked harder if we do sweat. - Why? - Well, I’m no expert but I think we associate sweat with effort. And if we don’t end up out session with some sweat coming off our forehead or sometimes dripping from head to toe, we feel like we didn’t work hard enough. - A few days ago I went to do a hot yoga class. I’ve never done yoga in my life let alone hot yoga. As I have a hypermobility (cute littl’ fact about me: I can bend my thumb up to my forearm) the movements weren’t that hard. What was challenging was trying to breathe in a room which seemed to be at 50’C. 💦- Did I sweat? I couldn’t stop sweating for the whole 45 minutes and between trying to see the teacher with my eyes all watery and making an effort to not think of anything at all and enjoy the relaxation, I ended up with my clothes all soaked. ♿️ - Did I feel sore afterwards? No, nothing. I felt recovered the next day. - This last week I only did weight training sessions (and a very ridiculous not-to-be repeated ever again 30’ bodypump class). No supersets. No dropsets. But a lot of effort and focus on getting a proper form with the maximum weight as possible. 💦 - Did I sweat? I got my heart rate up but I didn’t sweat anything special. The workout that managed to get me with some drops on my forehead was a leg workout and it was only because it was close to 42’C that day. So even walking for 1 minute made me sweat during the day #hotfireflames ♿️ - Did I feel sore afterwards? YES. Not crazy sore but just the right amount indicating that I did work the muscle but not overdone it. - So, let me ask you: is sweat associated with effort or is that just a wrong association that our minds make?
