Ive been saying it ALL freaking day!! NEVER MISS A MONDAY!! For those of you that actually heard me say it, I freaking meant it!! Usually people say that "studies have been made" blah blah blah. Well, I can tell you that I dont know if studies have been made or not but it makes total sense that if you dont work out on Monday, the possibility of you not working out the rest of the week are really high. If you work out on Monday, then you get pumped and work out on Tuesday, you will most likely work out the rest of the week. For our Week Two abs circuit I’m playing around with isotonic and isometric contractions. An isotonic contraction is when the muscle contracts and is changing length (ie you’re moving) and an isometric contraction is when the muscle contracts but with no resulting movement (ie you’re holding still!).
