Let's talk about confidence 😬 Confidence comes from how you talk to yourself. It's something most people have to actively work on in at least one area of their life. Maybe you're very confident in your abilities at work... but lack confidence in your appearance. Maybe you're the opposite. Maybe you're one of those freaks of nature that is confident and crushing it in all areas of your life (props to you dude 👽) ______________ You're either causing expansion or causing constriction with the thoughts you let go through your head. Training your confidence is training your inner dialogue. We are becoming more and more aware of how powerful our thoughts are, but yet we still let ourselves be consumed by our negative thoughts (I was guilty for years) ___________ First, you must be aware of the conversation so you can replace the negative with positive. Write down all the thoughts that no longer serve you, and what triggers them. Next, write down the thoughts that go through your head when you're on your A game and crushing it 📝 Write down positive and successful experiences that have given you the right to say those positive things to yourself. Think of a difficult time when you overcame a huge challenge, or when working hard on something lead to a successful outcome 🎉 __________ Backing up your positive self talk helps prove to yourself that you are valid in thinking you are the capable and confident. The RECIPE SHOULD SAY "2 cups of Spring water" only once...not 2 cups two times...oops 😅🌿🍋🌱 *** For extra immune protection I add 10 drops of Grapefruit Seed extract and 3 drops of Oregano oil (with a minimum of 80% carvacrol) to 4 ounces of this recipe. If I feel any flu symptoms coming on I drink a serving of this combo every 2-3 hours. I have this with some food with a healthy fat which helps the body absorb Turmeric's beneficial constituents.
